Terms and Conditions, and Refund policy

www.imdgsupport.com and www.imdge-learning.com ('the Websites') are produced by Exis Technologies Limited ('Exis'), a Company registered in the United Kingdom and are made available on the following conditions.

1 Availability
The availability of the Websites at any time is not warranted.

2 Copyright and copying
The Websites and the linked IMO websites are subject to copyright laws and you agree not to copy nor download the contents thereof other than for your direct use and you agree not to reverse engineer any of the content thereof.

3 Law
This Agreement is governed by English Law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

REFUNDS

A full refund of the purchase price will be made where:

1	The request for the refund is received within 14 days of the date of purchase.

2	The product has not been activated.

3	In the case of multiple Activation Codes and multiple Advance Purchase Codes, a refund will only be made for the complete batch purchased and unused. Refunds cannot be made for individual Advance Purchase Codes from a batch.

Advance Purchase Code

An Advance Purchase Code entitles you to obtain an Activation Code from the support website for each product. This simplifies multiple installations and situations where the computer on which the product will be installed is not available at the time of purchase. You can buy Advance Purchase Codes without having to give Program Serial Numbers.

Program Serial Number

The Program Serial Number is created during the installation and is unique to the computer on which the product is installed. The Serial Number is needed to purchase the Activation Code.

Activation Code

When you first install the product you have only very limited functionality. In order to unlock the full product you must purchase an Activation Code from your distributor. You must supply the Program Serial Number to your distributor in order to purchase an Activation Code.

When you receive your Activation Code, simply open the product again and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: the Activation Code for one computer cannot be used with another computer.

Activated Computer

A computer on which the Activation Code has been entered to unlock the full product.
