3. When does Amendment 33-06 become mandatory?

Amendment 33-06 becomes mandatory on 01 January 2008. However, with National Competent Authority approval it may be used from 1 January 2007. For full details see www.hazcheck.com

Contact your own National Competent Authority. Details are in IMDG Code 7.9.3.

6. How do I update my program when IMO issue an Errata to the current amendment?

Check on the IMO web site www.imo.org and follow links to Publications and IMDG Code. This will list any errata and will tell you how you download the upgrade for your program.
